The hotel's beach area was fantastic, very well kept with fun games for the kids. I appreciated the early admittance to the parks as a resort guest, which made our day much smoother.

The room could use a little updating, especially in terms of decor.

The pool view was truly relaxing. The older gentleman who led bike rides was exceptionally kind and made our experience more enjoyable.

Check-in management was not satisfactory for the price paid.

the suite with lake view had a nice balcony overlooking the lake, and we loved the air conditioning that kept it cool. The room had a microwave and fridge, great for our snacks. The resort had multiple pools including an outdoor water slide, and the beach access was super convenient for relaxing after park visits.

Location was amazing and breakfast snacks were great, but check-in was chaotic.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and indoor swimming pool. Staff are friendly. they assisted me with car service during my first stay. I’ll be back for Easter!

Conveniently located near the amusement park, the ease of walking back to the hotel after a long day was a major plus. However, the beach area was in disarray, with visible trash and dead fish that detracted significantly from the experience. On the positive side, the on-site Starbucks provided a much-appreciated caffeine boost. Despite some fun moments, the overall atmosphere felt poorly maintained, which was disappointing.
